This page explains how data is used when you browse the site or follow a link to book a consultation.
1. Booking and messages
This site has no booking or payment form. The buttons open the doctor’s page on Medpark or your chosen messaging app. If you message me, I use your contact details and the information in your message to reply and arrange a consultation.
2. Browser preferences
The site saves your chosen language in a cookie and your preference for analytics and advertising measurement in the browser’s local storage. Your language choice is saved whether you accept or decline these services.
3. Analytics and advertising measurement
After you give consent, the site loads Yandex Metrica and Google Ads. Metrica collects statistics about visits and actions on pages, including session recordings. We use Google Ads to measure advertising. These services may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page URLs and cookie identifiers; Google Ads may also receive the ad click identifier. We have disabled ad personalization in the Google tag. The site does not load these services before consent or after you decline. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
4. External services
When you visit Medpark, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp or Viber, their own privacy rules also apply. Messages are sent through your chosen app, not through a form on this website.
